Ballet with Colleen

About this event

Discover the elegance and discipline of ballet in this all-levels adult class led by Colleen O’Callaghan . Each session begins with the Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® technique , a celebrated method that refines alignment, builds core strength, and promotes fluid, injury-free movement. Dancers then rise to the barre and into the center, applying these principles to experience the full grace and joy of ballet. Whether you’re returning to dance or stepping into class for the first time, Colleen provides expert guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment.
