+Gentle Reformer Plus

About this event

Private lessons are required for those new to Pilates before joining group lessons. Our +Gentle Reformer Plus class is a level up from our popular gentle pilates class. This class offers a slightly faster pace than our gentle group while still considering those who need modifications or have mild balance issues. In addition to supine, seated and kneeling postures, this class may also offer side lying, prone and fundamental standing postures. Participants must be able to set up their own equipment for each exercise.
