- ➤ On April 30th at 5:00 p.m., Oxnard officers in the Lemonwood neighborhood detained Juan Palomarez—a documented gang member on probation with a history of firearms convictions—after he committed a vehicle code infraction on his bicycle and attempted to flee; searching him, they recovered two loaded 9-millimeter handguns with removed serial numbers and charged him with felony firearms violations and an outstanding probation warrant.
