- ➤ The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office is asking for help to locate the family of Victoriano O. Sandoval (69) who was found deceased near his regular spot by a church on the 2500 block of C street in Oxnard on December 22. Officials believe he was from Mexico and request that anyone with information on his relatives come forward. Vida Newspaper
