- ➤ An audit report from Ventura County shows that during ex-CEO Mike Powers' time many workers in the CEO's office received larger pay raises and job reclassifications than workers in other groups. The report found that some reclassifications lacked proper paperwork and advises moving human resources oversight out of the CEO's office—changes expected to be completed by next year.
