- ➤ On Aug. 12, a 59-year-old man pleaded guilty to bringing a loaded firearm into Port Hueneme offices after entering the harbormaster's building and reportedly saying "Disarm me first" (and is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 8 while held on $10,000 bail), and three teenagers were arrested in Fillmore for gang-related offenses after a resident reported recent graffiti vandalism and officers located a loaded handgun (with a 15-round magazine) on one suspect.
