- ➤ A sinkhole formed beneath the intersection at Oxnard Boulevard and East Date Street on Sept. 18, redirecting traffic as the Oxnard Police Department and firefighters found water flowing under the roadway — no injuries have been reported and residents are advised to use alternative routes.
