- ➤ Gold Coast Health Plan will offer a new Medi-Medi plan in Ventura County that combines Medicare and Medi-Cal coverage for low-income seniors and people with disabilities. Enrollment begins October 15 and the integrated plan—designed for more coordinated care—will launch in 2026 with only Gold Coast and Kaiser available to serve eligible members. Ventura County Star
